Info on Lost or Damaged Bags with PAL Airlines
PAL Airlines takes pride in the efficient and careful loading of your baggage, however despite our best efforts baggage can sometimes be lost or damaged. In the event of lost or damaged bags we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your baggage is lost or damaged please go to one of our check in counters or our customer service department as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind, fragile items packed in checked baggage are not covered, so please pack such items securely and safely or ship ahead of time. And of course, carrying fragile items in your carry-on is always a way to ensure items arrive safely at your destination. Should you have any questions regarding the shipment of fragile items please contact our reservations department at 1-800-563-2800 and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that normal wear and tear or any damage resulting from manufacturer’s defect(s) will not be compensated.
