Due to uncontrollable circumstances, PAL Cargo is required to implement a Cargo Handling surcharge for all shipments Inbound and Outbound from Montreal. Effective June 27, 2022, all shipments will have a surcharge of $50.00 levied against each waybill that arrives or departs PAL Cargo in Montreal.
