When passengers travel with their own medical oxygen, PAL Airlines requires an In Flight Medical Oxygen form to be completed. This form must be completed and emailed, at least 72 hours prior to departure, to our Customer Service Department at customer.service@palairlines.ca
As per Transport Canada Regulations there is a maximum of two bottles of oxygen permitted per aircraft. For more information, please call our Customer Care center at 1-888-345-0444 or email them at customer.service@palairlines.ca
