Check-In and Boarding Times

To ensure passengers have plenty of time to check-in, drop off baggage and pass-through security, we recommend arriving at the airport early and checking in 120 – 90 minutes before your flight’s departure.

Passengers must have checked in, obtained their boarding pass, and checked all baggage at the baggage drop-off counter 45 – 30 minutes before their flight.

All passengers must be available for boarding at the gate 20 minutes before departure.

If any passenger fails to meet either the check-in/baggage drop-off deadline or the boarding gate deadline specified in the above chart. PAL Airlines may reassign any pre-reserved seat and/or cancel the reservation of the passenger, and PAL Airlines may not be able to transport the passenger’s baggage.
